UPSIDE Capital is a family investment company.

We build, refurbish, repair, add value, sell and / or rent residential real estate. We implement various projects on our own account and in cooperation with related investors.

In the beginning of our business, we have focused exclusively on refurbishments of historic villas located in Prague to which we have restored their original splendor and beauty. Since 2021, in addition to the refurbishments, we focus on residential development and aim to expand in this segment significantly.

Typically, we deal with larger family or smaller apartment buildings in the range of CZK 10-30 million. At the center of our interest is Prague and other larger Czech cities such as Liberec or Pilsen. We never invest in socially excluded locations.
